You will be part of a team that delivers exceptional guest services every visit, every time.

Deliver an extraordinary experience that entices guests to return.
Exhibit the ability to multitask and engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and keeping a constant awareness of the designated area.
Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage menu; ask open-ended questions to uncover guest preferences and offer tailored menu recommendations.
Take precise food and beverage orders, suggest add-on s and deliver items as requested to the guest(s) after first reviewing order for accuracy.
Timely check back with guests to ensure all expectations have been met or exceeded. Promptly resolve any problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Upsell specialty menu items, promotions, and other attractions.
After the guest departs, quickly clean area by bussing tables, sweeping floors and returning all dishes to the kitchen.
Remove house balls from ball returns and place them each on the house ball racks. Notify the front desk to reset the lane(s).
Perform other duties as assigned or directed by company management.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. (Must be 21+ to pour and 18+ to serve.)
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Proven capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
Aptitude to work in a friendly, honest, and diligent manner with fellow team members, supervisors, and managers.
The desire to seek knowledge from multiple sources and learn from past experiences for future growth and development.
Abide by company dress code policy.
Special Job Requirements:
Must have the ability to obtain a liquor license in Oklahoma for all centers located within the state.
Must be familiar with most types of liquor, wine, and beer.
Must know basic math and follow proper pouring techniques.
